Our Group holds numerous patents in the design and manufacture of automotive seat elements such as headrests, armrests, seat covers and seat foams, and in functional textiles — “smart textiles”.

Our History

Tesca Diniz was founded under the name Tredin in August 2000 as a partnership of 50% TREVES and 50% DİNİZ HOLDİNG A.Ş., and started its first production in March 2001.

Starting its first production in 2001 in a closed area of 411 m², Tredin continued its operations in a closed area of 2,100 m² as of 2004.

As of 2013, it continued production in a closed area of 9,880 m². It is located within Turkey’s first Organized Industrial Zone, approximately 15 km from both the Bursa city center and the Mudanya district.

As of 2015, Tredin Tekstil ve Koltuk Komponentleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Tredin Oto Donanım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. continued their operations as two separate companies.

As of August 2017, our company, operating in its facilities with 7,351 m² of closed and 2,341 m² of open area at Işıktepe OSB Mah. Arıtma Cad. No:12 Nilüfer/Bursa, again within the Organized Industrial Zone, became a 50% Tesca Group and 50% Diniz Holding A.Ş. partnership in January 2018 and took the name Tesca Diniz.
